219 - fixed urxvt::strwidth to calculate width in the same way as screen.C.
220 - fix a crash caused by passing negative widths to overlay functions.

245 - INCOMPATIBLE CHANGE: this version will always read ~/.Xdefaults,
246 earlier versions only read it if display-resources (usually from
247 .Xresources) are not set. This avoids the #1 FAQ ("why isn't my
248 resource used") and seems to be logical behaviour, too. .Xdefaults
249 resources have a lower priority than display-specific resources.
250 - add "kuake" perl extension that does a similar thing to the kuake
251 terminal emulator (see man urxtvperl).
252 - use less "correct" color scaling that is compatible with libX11 and
253 Xft (avoids off-by-one colors resulting in striped backgrounds).
254 - the "depth" resource is now respected.
255 - preset the searchable-scrollback pattern with "(?i)" to default search
256 to case-insensitivity. Will automatically be cleared when typing an

286 - use double-buffered drawing (xft fonts only). On many driver/hardware
287 combination this actually increases xft drawing speed, at the expense
288 of more network bandwidth and slight nausea on the side of the author.
289 - readline perl extension now requires shift-click instead of a normal
290 click, and eats the click.
291 - tabbed perl extension now supports -e.
292 - disabled graphics-exposures on the main drawing GC, report any
293 refresh bugs please.
294 - improve property handling for -pe tabbed: avoid unnecessary property
295 changes (for kde's benefit) at the expense of extra round-trips,

297 - modified XIM according to a patch sent by Takano Akio that sets

445 - setuid/setgid operation is now _encouraged_: security has been
446 improved by moving privileged operations into a separate process
447 and permanently dropping privileges within the terminal. This
448 makes it possible to remove security checks from the perl code
449 and gives a much safer feeling when urxvt needs to run with
450 special privileges.
451 - perl taint checking disabled, as urxvt no longer runs setuid/setgid
452 itself.
453 - new perl extension automove-background that can be used to get
454 the same effect as pseudo-transparency with any pixmap.
