262 - INCOMPATIBLE CHANGE: this version will always read ~/.Xdefaults,
263 earlier versions only read it if display-resources (usually from
264 .Xresources) are not set. This avoids the #1 FAQ ("why isn't my
265 resource used") and seems to be logical behaviour, too. .Xdefaults
266 resources have a lower priority than display-specific resources.
267 - add "kuake" perl extension that does a similar thing to the kuake
268 terminal emulator (see man urxtvperl).
269 - use less "correct" color scaling that is compatible with libX11 and
270 Xft (avoids off-by-one colors resulting in striped backgrounds).
271 - the "depth" resource is now respected.
272 - preset the searchable-scrollback pattern with "(?i)" to default search
273 to case-insensitivity. Will automatically be cleared when typing an

303 - use double-buffered drawing (xft fonts only). On many driver/hardware
304 combination this actually increases xft drawing speed, at the expense
305 of more network bandwidth and slight nausea on the side of the author.
306 - readline perl extension now requires shift-click instead of a normal
307 click, and eats the click.
308 - tabbed perl extension now supports -e.
309 - disabled graphics-exposures on the main drawing GC, report any

462 - setuid/setgid operation is now _encouraged_: security has been
463 improved by moving privileged operations into a separate process
464 and permanently dropping privileges within the terminal. This
465 makes it possible to remove security checks from the perl code
466 and gives a much safer feeling when urxvt needs to run with

468 - perl taint checking disabled, as urxvt no longer runs setuid/setgid
