23 - NOTICE: this release updates terminfo/termcap.
24 - the aterm code now frees the as visual and image manager objects
25 when a window was closed.
26 - do not (wrongly) adjust the virtual line length inside
27 scr_insdel_chars/ERASE (Miroslav Lichvar).
28 - fix an issue where wide tab characters caused character shifts
29 when part of them was deleted (tracked down by Miroslav Lichvar).
30 - artificially enlargen the previous character at the end of a line
31 when trying to output a character that doesn't fit. looks ugly, but
32 makes copy&paste work.

297 - INCOMPATIBLE CHANGE: this version will always read ~/.Xdefaults,
298 earlier versions only read it if display-resources (usually from
299 .Xresources) are not set. This avoids the #1 FAQ ("why isn't my
300 resource used") and seems to be logical behaviour, too. .Xdefaults
301 resources have a lower priority than display-specific resources.
302 - add "kuake" perl extension that does a similar thing to the kuake
303 terminal emulator (see man urxvtperl).
304 - use less "correct" color scaling that is compatible with libX11 and
305 Xft (avoids off-by-one colors resulting in striped backgrounds).
306 - the "depth" resource is now respected.

338 - use double-buffered drawing (xft fonts only). On many driver/hardware
339 combination this actually increases xft drawing speed, at the expense
340 of more network bandwidth and slight nausea on the side of the author.
341 - readline perl extension now requires shift-click instead of a normal
342 click, and eats the click.
343 - tabbed perl extension now supports -e.
344 - disabled graphics-exposures on the main drawing GC, report any
345 refresh bugs please.
346 - improve property handling for -pe tabbed: avoid unnecessary property
