changed subscription semantics

added initial_presence argument to the IM::Connection and the
Client. added and upgraded some examples. further work on the
registration forms.

finished subscription implementation and also added the possibility
of forwarding all events of an object to some other object
and forwarded all events from a IM::Connection to the Client.

implemented addition/removal/update of roster items and
first functionality for subscription.

implemented the (hopefully) last bits of important error reporting.
Net::XMPP was released at the beginngin of this month - damn, i was
too slow. But i've taken a look at their code. 17000 lines of code
vs. my ~4500 LoC.
Also their Java-API is really a mess...

implemented Client.pm. Implemented error objects which simplyfied
the error reporting.
