  counts as highlight (also be able to exclude buffers from
  impotant status?)
- bug in temporary removal: add temporary, start timer => change buffer
  => add other temporaries => restart timer again
  then the first buffers temporaries wont be removed as the timer
  is overridden.
  - solution: make per-buffer-timer!
