Help for MODE:

MODE allows for the editing of modes on a channel. Some networks
will most likely find this command to be unethical.

Syntax: MODE <#channel> <mode> [parameters]

Examples:
    /msg &nick& MODE #heh -m
    /msg &nick& MODE #heh +o foo
