SPECS shows the privileges you have in services.

Syntax: SPECS

It is also possible to see the privileges of other
online users or of oper classes.

Syntax: SPECS USER <nick>
Syntax: SPECS OPERCLASS <classname>

Example:
    /msg &nick& SPECS USER w00t
