Lots of changes in navar
./navar_city/misc/city1magic.map - moved magic ears and mouths into the old guy and
added @addtopic to give hints to the player what
to talk about
./navar_city/misc/city1armour.map - moved magic ear dialog into the npc and
improved the dialog a bit
./navar_city/misc/city1smith.map - moved dialog into the npc
./navar_city/misc/aliscave.map - finally a good and nicely applied magic ear
(improved the text in it anyways)

supposed to know what to talk about with the npcs...
