Changes since 1.15: +52 -17 lines
Log Message:
- reworked texture uploading to be much more fanciful and obey
  card/driver limits.
- moved texture creation in MapWidget and MapMap out of the drawing
  path to accomodate texture-size-limited configs (there is dire need
  for a kind of pre-draw-hook).
- added an inactive graphics for buttons
