        - normalise hp/sp in map header to enter_x/enter_y now.
        - added bin/cfmap-set command to modify map headers
          (e.g. for music, region...).
        - add %Deliantra::WALLDIR.
        - add support for glyph field.
        - do not depend on IO::Socket::INET.
        - remember the last ix offset per face, to allow progress displays.
        - remove requestinfo spell_paths/skill_info - clients should
          use the exti resource/fxix mechanism.
        - support a generic addme delay mechanism using guards.
        - remove the max_outstanding mechanism (and the send queue)
          as they are not needed for deliantra.
