103 of 4.8s, the standard rods now recharge in ~10s. not a solution,

105 - reduce cpu time used for map saving by >>50% by avoiding
106 the costly flag-checking loop in most cases and using a simple

108 - always delay stats update for players on insert/remove till

157 - some Andrew Madloch wanted, despite being specifically told
158 multiple times that the Deliantra parts additions are under AGPL,
159 lock up the source code of the server within his company.
160 some reorganisations have been done to the sourcecode to make
161 it clearer that this violates the Affero GPL. Help to keep
162 Deliantra free software even for the coming generations
163 and be wary of the promises of Andrew Madloch, he has nothing
164 good in mind for free software.
165 - clarify which files of the server are 100% AGPL.
166 - minor reorganisation, move some GPL code into other files.
167 - implement viewpoint (which is like observe, but only for the map,
168 not stats etc.).

308 - fix the "screen stays black on login" bug and remove debug instrumentation

310 - split outer_env into outer_env and outer_env_self, and fix
311 all callers to use either one or the other, as appropriate. This
312 fixes the (rather fragile) light spell, maybe others.
313 - fixed an overflow and exploit in the bank/payment code.
314 - fixed a bug in the jeweler quest and added the 'Tome of Jewelery'
315 to explain the skill a bit more.
316 - removed a buggy check for zero attacktype. So that we might find

373 - correctly clear op->env when inserting onto map, this was a potentially
374 disastrous bug of unfortunately unknown proportions...
375 - fix cone-spell symmetry that was broken for direction 8.
376 - use gender-neutral place descriptions for invite.

446 of spiral fov capable of visibility grades and arbitrary
