Made server compile with C++.
Removed cfanim plugin and crossedit.
C++ here we come.

changed the difficulty calculation function.
fixing is needed for following stuff:
  - enhancement calculation (magic_from_difficulty in treasure.c)
  - magic fields in treasure files
  - traps need some revisiting
  - look at artifact generation from treasures
  - other stuff i forgot

do not overwrite backups when saving maps, still, crashes will kill maps/apartments
