fix gen_worldmap, update gen_weorldmap, build road towards tower of stars
removed world-precomposed form repository, updates are now done by gen_worldmap and shell access (for the time being, at least)
- rename world to world-precomposed (mostly), which is 100% optional for the server operation - rename world-overlay to world (mostly), as to not lie about map paths - disable the skip_block thingy again, its harmful - better bdb support
updated worldmap and gen_worldmap for cfmaps
added script for player skill level grepping. changed gen_worldmap to use the gridmap and plt files.
changed directory detection in gen_worldmap a bit
changed worldmap a bit (removing landbridges). and removed mountain3 from it and from gen_worldmap and from palette.
